Cheese Fondue

One of the few requests I had from Andrew when he came to visit Singapore was that he wanted to try Swiss cheese fondue. I had tried Swiss cheese fondue in Switzerland when I was there last and the alcohol content in the cheese was so strong, I felt it was way above my comfort limit so I was really hesitant to give it another go. However, I’m glad to report that the Swiss cheese fondue found in Singapore had hardly a trace of alcohol content and it was really yummy when paired with the array of dipping meats and vegetables!
